Margaux Jones is a product of the ever-exciting boroughs of New York City, where she resided since her youth. She graduated from Brooklyn College with a Bachelors Degree in Public Communications. On her journey "Upward", Margaux gained both Radio and TV experience. She has been the Audience Coordinator and Associate Producer for nationally syndicated talk shows including: The Jane Pratt Show, The Montel Williams Show, The Geraldo Rivera Show, The Queen Latifah Show, The Judge Hatchett Show, and The John Walsh Show. And unlike many others, Margaux, has worked on a pilot for Barbara Walters' special on Iyanla Vanzant. She has also been a field correspondent for "What's the 411" on WNYC - TV, and co-host on WWRL's "Skin Deep and Moore" with Vera Moore of Vera Moore Cosmetics. Margaux is currently the Creative Genius behind the scenes at NBC’s, “The John Walsh Show”, (Syndicated). Her success as its Audience Consultant continues to make her a well sought-after talent in the media industry.

Being fully persuaded, motivated and properly cultivated, Margaux realized her entrepreneurial dreams and started her own business, which she entitled: Randi Ross Entertainment and Consulting, Inc. (RREC). The inception of her company's name gives you a small glance into the depth of character and the passion of its intriguing owner. Margaux promised her late brother Randy that she would memorialize him by using his name in a positive way to help people. Randy was the consummate fan of the pop singer, Diana Ross; hence, the name "Randi Ross" was created in tribute to her brother. Her promise to her late brother Randy and her love for the field of communications led Margaux to spearhead a company devoted to grooming talent.

Margaux is now the President and Founder of RREC Inc. established in 1996. RREC is a multifaceted communications firm. It began with a core objective to link talented individuals seeking entrance into or enhancement in the entertainment, media or communications field. RREC guarantees access to consultants, and their vast and diverse network of contacts, to provide insight and guidance on successfully accomplishing goals. As dynamic as its owner, RREC has grown to be a much more extensive resource. RREC has been called upon to sponsor major fundraisers benefiting various causes from college scholarships to Breast Cancer. Margaux's company has become famous for its Annual Health, Beauty and Fitness Retreats & Conferences for Professional Women. These retreats/conferences empower individuals to reach their peak performance in motivating, managing and taking charge of their finances, projects, relationships and personal lives. Amongst Margaux's famous facilitators has been celebrities such as: her retreat co-host Ann Tripp, RADIO Personality; Jackie Jordan, TV Producer; Isaac Hayes , Entertainer; Dr. Gwendolyn Goldsby-Grant of Essence magazine; Dr. Deas of the TV news show "The McCreary Report"; Mary Wilson of the Supremes; Vera Moore of Vera Moore Cosmetics, Inc.; Roz Abrams of Channel 7 News, Media Psychologist Dr. Grace Cornish and many, many more.

Through her company, Margaux has made major contributions to the community at large. She has spearheaded the "Chase Tennis Championship" Fundraiser at Madison Square Garden for the Staten Island Children's Council, to benefit Breast Cancer. She has been part sponsor for the "Celebrity Golf Classic" at Silver Lake in Staten Island to benefit the Staten Island Children's Council. She is the former Executive Director of the Isaac Hayes Foundation. Recently, RREC sponsored the "Love and Empowerment Workshop for Young Minds", held at the Sheraton Hotel in New York and facilitated by a slew of celebrities and community leaders. Margaux is on the Board of Directors of the Praising Against Hunger Committee. She is a member of 100 Professional Black Women and an active member of Women in Communications.

Margaux's hard work has not gone unnoticed. She has been featured in various NYC newspaper articles, and is the recipient of various awards and citations. To her credit: The United Negro College Fund Meritorious Service Award (1989), NYC City Council Citation Award (1998), The Sheroes Award and the Spirit Leaders Award from NYC Councilwoman, Honorable Annette Robinson (1999), and a Certificate of Achievement from the Brooklyn Borough President, Honorable Howard Golden.

RREC's clientele include individuals from: The Essence Achievement Awards, The Brooklyn Public Library, The SUNY Educational Opportunity Center, Bronx Community College Upward Bound Program, The renowned Broadway Play, "Godspell", Staten Island Children's Council, non-profit organizations, churches and more.
